📦 ORDERS & DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12PM or placed on weekends will be dispatched the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.
Yes — free standard UK delivery on all orders over £25 (inc. VAT). Orders under £25 may have a small delivery charge applied at checkout. Large panels such as bonnets, bumpers, and doors incur a separate freight charge starting from £50 due to their size and specialist handling requirements.
Yes — Click & Collect is available from our warehouse at Unit 4, Shakespeare Industrial Estate, Shakespeare Street, Watford WD24 5RR.
Collection hours: Monday–Friday 10am–5pm | Saturday 10am–2pm. Please wait for your order confirmation email before coming to collect.
Standard items are dispatched on a next working day service. Large panels (bonnets, bumpers, doors) are sent via specialist freight and take 3–5 working days. Large panel delivery is only available to addresses in England and Wales — not available to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, or Channel Islands.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. A 5% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Items must be in original condition with all labels intact.
No — we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed, modified, painted, drilled, or altered in any way. Once a part has been fitted it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return or refund, regardless of the reason.
No — large panels are non-returnable. Due to the specialist freight required and the risk of damage in transit on return, we do not accept returns on bonnets, bumpers, doors, tailgates, or other large body panels. Please ensure you are certain of fitment before ordering. Contact us before ordering if you have any queries about compatibility.
Damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging, then contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Reports made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
We're sorry for the error. Report incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange collection and send the correct part at no additional cost to you.
Visit our Returns page and complete the Return Request form. You will need your order number, email address, and the reason for return. Do not send items back without an RA (Return Authorisation) number — returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
🔧 PARTS & FITMENT
Every part in our catalogue is listed with the specific vehicle make, model, and year range it is compatible with. Check the product title and vehicle info table on the listing. If you're unsure, contact us via WhatsApp with your vehicle registration number before ordering — we'll confirm fitment for you.
All parts sold by Calibre Auto Parts are brand new. We do not sell used, reconditioned, or salvaged parts. Every item is supplied in manufacturer packaging (where applicable) and is suitable for direct replacement.
Yes — all parts are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or normal wear and tear. If you believe a part is defective, contact us with details and photos.
🏢 TRADE ACCOUNTS
Visit our Trade Account page and complete the application form. We review all applications and aim to respond within 1–2 working days. You'll need to provide your business details, contact information, and business address.
All approved trade accounts receive a discount automatically applied at checkout on every order. Higher discounts are available based on order volume — the more you spend, the better the rate. Contact us or apply for a trade account to find out what discount applies to your account and order level.
