Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items

⚠️ Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery Due to courier policy, damage claims cannot be accepted after 24 hours. Please inspect your order on arrival and photograph any damage immediately.

If your item arrives damaged or is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email or WhatsApp photos of the item and packaging to our team
  • We will arrange collection and replacement or refund at no cost to you
  • Do not attempt to install a damaged part — this may affect your claim
