30-Day Returns

Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

5% Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee is deducted from all approved returns. Waived for faulty or wrong items.

Report Damage in 24 Hours

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item. Claims after this cannot be accepted due to courier policy.

RA Number Required

All returns require a Returns Authorisation number. Do not send items without approval.

⚠️ Damage Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. After this window, claims for damage cannot be accepted as this falls outside our courier's liability policy. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
🚛 Large Panels — Special Order Items (Non-Returnable) Bonnets, bumpers, doors, tailgates and other large body panels are special order items and cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please confirm fitment before ordering.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us First

Call or email us with your order number and reason. Do not send items without a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.

Receive Your RA Number

We'll review your request and issue an RA number within 1–2 working days.

Package in Original Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and components intact. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.

Return to Our Address

Send to: Calibre Auto Parts, Unit 4, Shakespeare Industrial Estate, Shakespeare Street, Watford WD24 5RR using a tracked service. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Issued

Once received and inspected, your refund (minus the 5% restocking fee where applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

✅ Eligible for Return

  • Unused, uninstalled items in original condition
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original packaging with all labels intact
  • Faulty or wrong items reported within 48 hours
  • Damage reported within 24 hours of delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Large panels (bonnets, bumpers, doors, tailgates)
  • Items installed, modified, painted or drilled
  • Items returned without an RA number
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery

Submit a Return Request

If you are unable to book your own courier, tick this box and we'll arrange a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by us.
